我国优秀男子链球选手旋转技术环节时空特征的运动学研究

摘　　要：通过运用三维运动学分析的方法,对我国现役8名男子链球选手的旋转技术进行研究发现,我国男子链球选手在旋转过程中右腿后留幅度小,左侧下肢压紧效果差,右脚着地瞬间右腿伸展不积极、幅度小,违背了掷链球"晚抬早落"的特征,旋转节奏差,马良重心位置开始阶段较高,整个旋转用力过程中上下起伏的程度较小,张大鹏、单长成的重心曲线平稳,上下起伏程度小,王士筑、郑蕾蕾、万勇等选手的重心曲线起伏较大,重心上下移动幅度大。普遍存在器械出手瞬间右侧下肢蹬伸不充分的现象,右侧用力不积极,而左侧下肢伸展幅度较大。By using the three-dimensional kinematic analysis method,this paper makes study on the rotational technique of Chinese eight active men＇s hammer throwers,and found out that our athletes have their right leg retention margin is small during rotation,the left lower limb pressed is poor,the right foot forward to land is not active the right moment Leg extension,amplitude is small,contrary to the characteristics of hammer throw,＂carrying as early as late fall＂,rotating rhythm is poor,MA Liang higher center of gravity location of the initial stage,the whole process of ups and downs rotating force a lesser degree.ZHANG Da-peng,SHAN Chang-cheng,a smooth curve into the center of gravity,up and down undulations is small,WANG Shi-zhu,ZHENG Lei-lei,and WANG Yong＇s center of gravity curve fluctuated considerably,and center of gravity range of movement up and down is big.It is an ordinary phenomenon of inadequate extension of tread on the right lower limb at the moment of releasing,and not a positive force on the right limb,whereas the left lower limb extended by a big margin.
