摘 要:为了探讨不同年龄和运动经历的体育院校女教师骨密度的变化特征,采用双能X线骨密度仪对70名女教师骨密度进行连续3年的追踪测定。研究结果表明:1)35~44岁、45~49岁和50~55岁3个年龄段女教师的股骨颈BMD之间有显著差异,而L2-4和Wards’BMD无显著差异;2)35~44岁和50~55岁运动女教师组的股骨颈和Wards’BMD值分别显著高于非运动女教师组;3)45~49岁运动组的L2-4、股骨颈和Wards’BMD值均显著高于非运动组女教师骨密度;4)3年期间女教师的骨密度无显著变化。In order to probe the characteristic of bone mineral density in female teachers in sports universities,seventy healthy female teachers were examined with dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry(DXA).Results showed that:the femoral neck BMD were significantly difference in three age groups female teachers who aged 35~44,45~49 and 50~55 year-old,but L2-4BMD and Wards BMD were no significantly difference.Femoral neck BMD and Wards BMD in exercise-experience group female teachers who aged 35~44 and 50~55 year-old were significantly higher than non-exercise-experience group.L2-4BMD,femoral neck BMD and Wards BMD in exercise-experience group female teachers who aged 45~49 year-old were significantly higher than non-exercise-experience group.the BMD of female teachers was no significant change during 3 years.
