摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查、访谈、座谈等方法,分析上海市中学生体质健康教育现状,并提出体质健康教育应关注学生生命的发展,为推动生命化体育教育提供参考。This paper adopts questionnaire,interview,discussion and other methods,the analyses of middle school students physical health education present situation,and proposed constitutional health education should focus on students＇ life,to promote the development of sports education life-emphasized to provide the reference.
