基于接受理论的高校档案利用思考

摘　　要：目前高校档案信息利用率低、吸收率低的问题没有得到明显改善。高校档案管理部门应基于接受理论,加强对档案利用中介性、导向性、动态性和作用性的思考,努力提高公众的档案接受效果,最大化体现档案的存在价值。At present,the problem of low operating factor and absorptivity of archives information has not been solved in colleges and universities.The university archives management department should strengthen the thinking on the characters of medium,guidance quality,dynamics and functionality of the utilization of archives based on the Reception Theory,so as to improve the public＇s reception effect of the archives and maximize the being value of the archives.
