摘　　要：目的 :为形成带感觉神经的游离脐旁皮瓣提供解剖基础。方法 :在 2 0例 40侧成人躯干标本上 ,解剖观测了T10 、T11神经前支形态、分支及分布规律。结果 :T10 、T11神经前支的皮穿支常与腹壁下血管的脐旁穿支从不同方向相邻伴行穿出腹直肌前鞘分布于皮肤。其主干在腹直肌外段长度分别为 8.7±0 .7cm、8.7± 1.0cm。结论 :可设计以第 10。To provide anatomy basis for a free paraumbilical flap with sensate nerve.Methods:The morphology,branch and innervation of the anterior sense branch of the tenth and eleventh thoracic nerve were studied on 40 sides of adult cadaver specimens.Results:The paraumbilical perforator branch of T10 and T 11 often pierced the anterior sheath of rectus to innervate the neighbor skin and accompanied by the paraumbilical perforate rami of the inferior epigastric artery.After the perforator branch departed the abdominal rectus muscle,the length were 8.7±0.7 cm and 8.7±0.1 cm of for T0 and T 11 separately.Conclusions:It was practicable to design a sensate paraumbilical flap pedicle with the anterior branch of the 10 th or 11 th thoracic nerve.
