摘　　要：学术不端行为已由学术界内部问题演变成国际公共话题,引发各界的忧虑和探讨。作为学术生态系统重要环节之一的学术期刊,认识和防范学术不端行为成为题中应有之义。学术期刊应当加强编辑出版制度建设,如论文版权确认制度、双向匿名审稿制度、文稿撤销制度、论文检测识别制度和信息通报交换制度。Academic misconduct has evolved into an international public topics from the academic interior problems,causing the public concerns and discussions.As a part of academic ecosystem,it is imperative to understand and prevent academic misconduct.Academic periodical should strengthen the system construction of editing and publishing,such as paper copyright confirming,double-blind peer reviewing,paper revocation,paper detection and recognition,and information exchange and communication.
