摘　　要：工学结合是高职电子商务专业培养实用型高技能人才的重要途径。本文通过探讨高职电子商务专业工学结合培养模式的内涵、现有培养模式及存在的问题,从培养方案的制定、课程体系的合理构建、学生实践能力的培养、师资队伍的建设及校企深度合作的开展等方面对高职电子商务专业工学结合培养模式进行了探索。Work-and-learn training mode in E-business mayors at higher vocational colleges has been proved to be very important approach.The paper focuses on,baded on discussion on the significance of work-and-learn training mode in E-business mayors at higher vocational colleges,its performance and the problems resulted in traditioanl mode,trying to present the ides on establishing the goal,constucting courses system,developing students＇ skills,forming faculty,and further cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
