摘  要:通过编制公文筐测验,以大学毕业生为被试,探讨公文筐测试的信度和结构效度。结果显示,所设计公文筐测试具有较高的信度(0.912),各测评维度之间的相关系数为0.563-0.856,各评价维度与总分之间的相关为0.795-0.955;且各测评维度能独立测量相关特质。以4个测评维度构建结构方程模型,其各项拟合指标均达到理想水平,结构效度较好,能有效地区分所测评的各维度。研究结果表明设计良好的公文筐测试可有效地应用于测评,为人员选拔与测评提供科学客观的依据。By compiling an In-Basket Test,with university graduates as the subjects,the study has explored the reliability and construct validity of In-Basket Test.The results illustrate that the designed In-Basket Test has high reliability(0.912),with the correlation coefficient between dimensions is 0.563-0.856,while the correlation coefficient between each dimension and total score is 0.795-0.955;Furthermore,each dimension can independently measure associated factors.Construct a structural equation model of 4 evaluation dimensions,each fit index of the model has reached the desired level and good construct validity.The model can effectively distinguish evaluated various dimensions.The results show that well-designed In-Basket Test can be effectively applied in evaluation,and it can provide scientific and objective basis for personnel selection and evaluation.
