摘 要:[目的]探讨人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus,HPV)感染与我国与食管癌发生的病因学关系。[方法]在国内万方网,检索有关HPV与食管癌相关的研究文献,研究纳入标准是:以聚合酶链反应或原位杂交为检测方法检测HPVDNA,并且研究病例既有食管癌组织又有正常对照组织。将所得数据进行Meta分析。[结果]入选12篇文献进行HPV16型特异性检测,其结果显示,食管癌组织标本中HPV16占38.6,正常组织标本中HPV16占15.9,HPV16感染率与正常对照组织相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]高危型HPV16感染可能是食管癌发生的重要病原因子。[Objective]To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and esophageal carcinoma development in China.[Methods]The published articles about HPV infection related to esophageal cancer were searched in Wangfang network of China,and the selected criteria included all randomized evidence for HPV DNA detection with the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)or in situ hybridization(ISH).There were both carcinoma tissues and normal esophageal tissues in articles.Meta-analysis was performed to re-analyze the obtained data.[Results]HPV16 type-specific were tested with 12 articles,the results showed the positivity of HPV16 were 38.6% in EC,and 15.9% in normal tissues,HPV16 positive rates were significantly difference for EC specimens contrast to normal esophageal tissues by statistical analysis(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]High risk HPV16 infection was the possible etiological factor for the esophageal cancer development.
