摘 要:[目的]了解学龄儿童微量元素的摄入情况和体内抗氧化水平及其相互关系。[方法]选取382名1~6年级健康儿童382名进行膳食调查和血清抗氧化指标检测。[结果]儿童铁、硒和铜摄入量均在RNI或AI以上;锌的摄入量占RNI的60~70;硒、铜摄入充足的占85以上,87的儿童锌摄入不足或处于不足与充足之间,82.6的儿童总铁摄入量达到了AI,但血红素铁仅占9.9。儿童血清SOD、GSH-Px水平略低于而MDA水平略高于参考值,其不正常的比例分别占12.6、12.0和10.0。锌摄入量对SOD活力和MDA有影响,硒摄入量对血清GSH-Px活力和MDA有影响,铜摄入量对血清SOD活力和MDA有影响,铁摄入量对血清SOD活力和MDA有影响。[结论]根据体内的抗氧化状况,调整相应微量元素的摄取量,可有效提高儿童的抗氧化水平。[Objective]To identify the intakes of microelement,the levels of anti-oxidative activity in school-aged children,and analyze the influences of these elements intakes on anti-oxidation.[Methods]382 students from 1-6 grades were investigated about their general state of health,5 days diet and 1 month food frequency.Serum antioxidant enzymes and peroxidation product were determined.[Results]The intake of Zine was low,with insufficiency rate of 87%.Students with sufficient intake of selenium and cupper exceeded 85%.Iron intake was adequate,but heme-iron only accounted for 9.9%.The level of serum SOD and GSH-Px was below the reference value.The rates of SOD and GSH-Px lower than the reference value was 12.6% and 12.0%,respectively.MDA was higher than the reference value accounted 10.0%.The intakes of zine has influence on serum SOD,MDA,selenium on serum GSH-Px and MDA,cupper on SOD and MDA,iron on serum SOD and MDA.[Conclusion]According to antioxidant condition,improving of corresponding microelements can effectively raise the antioxidant level in children.
