摘　　要：[目的]探讨门诊注射室护士在护理工作中预防艾滋病毒感染的防范措施。[方法]通过对确诊艾滋病的患者568人次进行抽血。主要措施包括,认真执行操作规范,加强各项消毒隔离管理制度以及锐器的管理,增强良好身心素质。[结果]无一护理人员发生艾滋病毒感染事件。[结论]加强规范管理流程及对艾滋病的认识,杜绝锐器伤的发生是预防艾滋病毒感染的关键。[Objective]To explore the nurse-patient injection room in the nursing work to prevent HIV infection preventive measures.[Methods]The 568 patients were confirmed with AIDS.Major initiatives included earnestly implement practices to enhance the disinfection and isolation management system,sharps management,and enhance the quality of sound mind and body.[Results]None of HIV infections occurred nurses.[Conclusion]We should strengthen the standard management processes and the awareness of AIDS,and prevent the occurrence of sharp injuries to prevent the HIV infection.
