摘　　要：工程建设项目招投标过程中,招标工作的成功与否事关工程建设的成败,而制定科学合理的评标方法又是招标工作的关键.为杜绝招投标过程中的违规行为,采取层次分析法建立评标模型,通过对各种评比因素两两对比,整合出了具有综合性、科学性、定性与定量分析相结合的评标方法.最后通过仿真实例,给出了评标模型的计算演示.In the process of the construction project bidding, the bidding is the chief factor to decide whether the construction projects are successful or not, while the scientific and reasonable evaluation method is the key to bidding. In order to eliminate imporper behaviors in bidding process, the evaluation model has been estab- lished based on AHP, and through the pairwise comparison of various rateing factors,the comprehensive and scientific evaluation method has been given based on the combinaton of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Finally, the calculation demonstration of the evaluation model has been obtained by simulation ex- ample.
