摘　　要：生态学是一门研究人与自然和谐发展的科学。从生态学和系统论的观点出发,把学生工作和党建工作看作一个整体,用生态的眼光来审视学生工作,进而讨论了高校学生党建和学生工作相互促进、相互支撑的多维互动生态模式。The ecology is a science concerning the harmonious development between Man and Nature. In the perspective of ecology and system theory, this paper takes party construction and college student work as a whole and discusses the development of a eco-model for multi-dimension interaction between party construction and college student work.
