工人、护士、大学生愤怒郁怒体质特征病例对照流行病学调查研究

摘　　要：目的:针对目前因愤怒、郁怒导致情志病证日益增多、病种不同且缺乏相应体质研究的现状,研究工人、护士、大学生群体中愤怒郁怒人群的体质特征。方法:依据《愤怒郁怒体质量表》,按照1:1比例,以性别和年龄作为匹配条件进行回顾性病例对照流行病学调查。结果:①愤怒人群:愤怒工人体质在大便稀溏不成形;容易发怒;有委屈想哭的感觉方面有差异,且与其愤怒呈正相关。愤怒护士体质在形体偏瘦方面有差异,且与其愤怒呈正相关。愤怒大学生体质在只是在别人问话时才愿意说话,而且只是作简单回答;焦虑不安或心里烦乱方面有差异,且与其愤怒呈正相关。②郁怒人群:郁怒工人体质在两胁胀闷不适;感觉耳朵内有鸣叫声;平时一副忧郁表情;只是在别人问话时才愿意说话,而且只是作简单回答;焦虑不安或心里烦乱方面有差异,且与其郁怒呈正相关。郁怒护士体质在容易生闷气;对事物敏感多疑方面有差异,且与其郁怒呈正相关。郁怒大学生体质在只是在别人问话时才愿意说话,而且只是作简单回答;容易生闷气;处理事情鲁莽、冲动方面有差异,且与其郁怒呈正相关。结论:①工人愤怒体质特征:大便稀溏不成形,容易发怒,有委屈想哭的感觉。工人郁怒体质特征:两胁肋部不适,耳鸣,只是在别人问话时才愿意说话,而且只是作简单回答,平时一副忧郁表情,焦虑不安或心里烦乱。②护士愤怒体质特征:形体偏瘦。护士郁怒体质特征:容易生闷气,对事物敏感多疑。③大学生愤怒体质特征:在别人问话时才愿意说话,而且只是作简单回答,焦虑不安或心里烦乱。大学生郁怒体质特征:在别人问话时才愿意说话,而且只是作简单回答,容易生闷气,处理事情鲁莽、冲动。Objectives：It is recorded that the diseases caused by anger-in and anger-out increased day by day and they are different in clinical situation and scanty of the research about constitution.So study the constitution characteristics of anger-in /out persons of workers,nurses and students.Methods：1：1pair matching by age and sex of case-control epidemiology study is used in this research with the angry-in／out constitution scale.Results：①Anger-out grope：Anger-out workers are statistically significant in loose stool;irritability;wronged cry.Anger-out nurses are statistically significant in slim.Anger-out students are statistically significant in taciturn,answer others with little words;anxiety or psychological upset.②Anger-in grope：Anger-in workers are statistically significant in lateral thorax discomfortly;tinnitus;taciturn,answer others with little words;an expression of melancholy usually;anxiety or psychological upset.Anger-in nurses are statistically significant in sulk;sensitivity and skepticism.Anger-in students are statistically significant in taciturn,answer others with little words;sulk;audacity and impulse.Conclusions：①The constitution of anger-out workers：loose stool,irritability,wronged cry;The constitution of anger-in workers：lateral thorax discomfortly,tinnitus,taciturn,answer others with little words,an expression of melancholy usually,anxiety or psychological upset.②The constitution of anger-out nurses：slim.The constitution of anger-in nurses：sulk,sensitivity and skepticism.③The constitution of anger-out students：taciturn,answer others with little words,anxiety or psychological upset.The constitution of anger-in students：taciturn,answer others with little words,sulk,audacity and impulse.
