腭裂术后边缘性腭咽闭合不全的语音训练特点

摘　　要：目的探讨对腭裂术后边缘性腭咽闭合不全患者进行语音治疗的方法及其可行性。方法对15例腭裂术后边缘性腭咽闭合不全的语音障碍患者,针对其腭咽闭合的情况和具体语音问题,进行个体化语音训练。结果每位患者的辅音都能准确发出,语音清晰度由平均49.53%提高至95.38%。结论腭裂术后边缘性腭咽闭合不全的语音障碍患者,通过针对性的训练,可以明显增强其软腭肌肉的动度,纠正不良发音习惯,掌握相应的发音技巧,使其语音水平接近或达到正常。Objective The intent of the research is to probe the methods and feasibilities of speech therapy to those patients who have marginal velophargngeal insufficiency after operation.Methods By means of research of samples,15 patients with language handicaps suffered from concrete phonemic problems and sifuafims of velopharygneal closure were selected to take the pronunciation training according to their distinct pronunciation problems.Results The research results demonstrated that each patient can articulate consonant accurately and degree of clarity of pronunciation had increased from 49.53% to 95.38% on average.Conclusion Patients with language handicaps suffered from concrete phonemic problems and sifuafims of velopharygneal closure,through addressed training,reinforce the muscle of soft palate,collect the undesirable habit of pronunciation.They finally master the articulation skill and achieve a normal level of articulation.
