摘 要:牙科合金正成为口腔科学研究和临床应用中的热点。随着对牙科合金与口腔组织相互作用的深入了解,对合金材料的物理性能和生物相容性等提出了更高的要求,目前正力求研发选择更加适应口腔多变环境的材料。牙科合金在严苛的口腔环境中会发生腐蚀,并引起美学性能、力学性能和生物相容性的下降。因此,了解牙科合金的腐蚀行为并据此进行材料的研究和选择尤为重要。本文探讨的范围包括牙科修复合金、牙科银汞合金和牙科正畸用合金,就近年来学者关于上述牙科合金腐蚀行为的研究现状作一综述。Development and application of dental alloys is currently a focus in dentistry.Increasing knowledge about interaction of dental alloys with oral tissues has resulted in evolution of high performance dental materials to meet the various requirements of the ever-changing oral environment.The dental alloys are generally placed in the mouths of patients where they need to resist mechanical load and corrosive environment.Corrosion can lead to poor esthetics,compromise of physical properties,or deteriorated biocompatibility.Therefore,it is important to know the corrosion resistance.The main interest of the present article is to review the corrosion behavior of those dental alloys including alloys for prosthetic purposes,dental amalgam,and alloys for orthodontic applications,as reported by various research workers.
