摘　　要：中药对多种脑源性疾病具有良好的治疗效果,这与中药有效成分透过血脑屏障(blood-brain barri-er,BBB)或改善BBB的形态结构和功能有关。近年来,许多学者从宏观到微观不同角度对单体、单味中药及复方对BBB的影响进行了深入的研究,取得一定成绩。通过对中药影响BBB研究进展进行探讨,旨在为中药治疗脑病机制研究提供思路。Chinese medicine is effective in treating a variety of brain - derived diseases, Because active ingredients of Chinese medicine can cross the blood brain barrier （BBB） or improve its morphological structure and function. In recent years, many scholars have made a deep research from macroscopic to microcosmic about the effect of monomer, single Chinese medicine and compound on BBB, and obtained some achievements. This article aims to provide research thinking of Chinese medicine treating brain disease mechanism by exploring the effect of Chinese medicine on BBB.
