摘　　要：亚里士多德是古希腊"最博学的人物"和思想的集大成者,在其庞大的理论体系中,包含了丰富的经济伦理思想,其中以价值思想最为突出。其关于物品的两种属性、交换的基础、交换与分工的关系、交换的原则以及货币的产生与职能等价值思想的认识对后世经济理论的发展有着重要的影响,主要影响体现在马格努斯的公平价格理论、阿奎那的公平价格与货币理论、亚当·斯密的价值理论、马克思的劳动价值论上。Aristotle of ancient Greece, ＂the most knowledgeable person＂and a master of thought, in its vast theoretical system, contains a wealth of Economic Ethics, of which the value of thinking of the most prominent. The two properties on the item, exchange the foundation of the relationship between the exchange and division of labor, exchange of principles and functions of the currency value of the generation of ideas and knowledge on the later development of economic theory have an important impact, affecting mostly reflected in the Mage Nu Sri Lanka＇s fair price theory, Aquinas fair price and monetary theory, Adam Smith＇s theory of value, Marx＇s labor theory of value on.
