示波极谱——银量法测定碘解磷定的含量

摘　　要：本文报道了以ＨＡＣ－ ＮａＡｃ 为极谱底液，ＡｇＮＯ３ 为滴定剂、聚丙烯酰胺化学修饰ＡｇＩ沉淀吸附层结构，采用示波极谱—银量法测定碘解磷定及其制剂的含量．该法到目前为止未见报道，它具有快速、准确、简便、终点直观，应用于原料药和注射剂的测定，获得满意结果．To determine Pyraloxime iodide in the stock and its formulation is described by oscillography argentometry with HAc NaAc as supporting electrolyte and AgNO 3 as titrating agent. I - is absorbed by AgI with polyacrylamide modifying(PAM) The method is rapid、simple、accurate and the end point sharp. It is proved to be able to yield satisfactory results.
