摘　　要：20世纪80年代腹腔镜的出现使微创技术的发展取得了长足的进步,在此基础上,手术机器人的研发和应用开启了微创外科新纪元。介绍了"达芬奇"手术机器人系统的组成、功能以及在各类外科手术中的具体运用,分析了手术机器人对比传统腔镜技术的技术优势,及当前临床应用的瓶颈,并对微创外科手术机器人的发展进行了展望。Since 1980s,the techniques of minimally invasive surgery have been improved rapidly with the application of laparoscope.From 2000,a new epoch of modern surgery has come with the development of robotic surgical system.This paper introduced the compositions and function of Da vinci surgical system,reviewed the applications of Da vinci surgical system in surgical operation,and analyzed the technical advantages and the short comings of this system by comparing with conventional laparoscopic surgery.Some considerations of the development of minimally invasive robot were also proposed.
