盐酸二甲双胍辅助奥氮平对精神分裂症治疗时体重及血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸二甲双胍辅助奥氮平对精神分裂症治疗时体重及血糖的影响。方法对80例应用奥氮平治疗的精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(二甲双胍辅助奥氮平)及对照组。每4周观察一次体重和血糖,共12周。结果第4周起研究组体重显著低于对照组(p<0.05)并随时间的推移差异更显著(p<0.01)。空腹血糖对照组至第8周显著高于研究组(p<0.05),第12周差异更显著(p<0.01)。结论盐酸二甲双胍能有效地控制奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者时体重增加及血糖升高的副反应,而且无明显的其它不良反应,值得临床辅助应用,增加患者的服药依从性。Objective To observe the effect of Metformin Hydrochloride with olanzapine on body weight and blood sugar of Schizophrenia.Methods 80 Schizophrenic patients treated with olanzapine were randomly assigned to research group（Metformin Hydrochloride combined with olanzapine）and control group.Body weight and blood sugar were observed every 4 weeks totally 12 weeks.Results Body weight of the research group was losed visiblely than the control group since the 4th week（P0.05）,and the difference was great deal with the time-lapse（P0.01）.Fasting blood sugar of the control group showed significant difference than that of the research group in the week of 8th,then,the difference was extremely distinct in the week of 12th（P0.01）.Conclusion The side effect i.e.body weight gain and elevated blood sugar by olanzapine treating with Schizophrenia can be controlled efficiently by the Metformin Hydrochloride,and without other obvious side effect occurring.It is worthy of the clinical application,what is more the patient＇s compliance of taking the medicine would be increased.
