摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人白细胞介素-12(IL-12)作用不同时间对绒毛膜癌JEG-3细胞活性的影响。方法:人绒毛膜癌JEG-3细胞经体外培养后,分别给予不同作用时间的5 ng/mL IL-12进行诱导,四甲基氮唑(MTT)比色法检测细胞活力的变化。结果:绒癌JEG-3细胞对IL-12的诱导作用表现为良好的时间效应。5 ng/mL IL-12作用与绒癌JEG-3细胞24h后,细胞生长抑制作用相对增加,并呈现时间依赖性(P<0.01)。结论:外源性IL-12能够抑制绒毛膜癌JEG-3细胞的活性,具有良好的时间效应。Objective：To investigate the effect of different action times of recombinant human interleukin-12（rhIL-12）on cytoactive in vitro choriocarcinoma cell.Method：The human choriocarcinoma cell line JEG-3 cultured in vitro was given different action times of 5 ng/mL IL-12.The cytoactive of JEG-3 cells was measured by MTT assay.Result：JEG-3 cells showed the excellent time effect responded to the external IL-12.The JEG-3 cell growth fractional inhibition effect was significantly increased after 24h 5 ng/mL IL-12 induction（P〈0.01）,and showed time dependence.Conclusion：The external IL-12 can inhibit the cytoactive of JEG-3 cells and show good time effect.
