摘　　要：企业核心竞争力是企业保持持续竞争优势和可持续发展的关键因素,在对现有企业核心竞争力研究归纳分析的基础上,通过对制造业企业核心竞争力的知识创新、企业文化、生产能力、管理能力、营销能力、服务能力和响应能力的分析,提出基于隐性力量支撑维度和显性能力保障维度的二元结构,设计制造业企业核心竞争力二元结构的类原子模型,对其中结构内的协同关系和结构间的协同关系进行阐释,并提出二元结构的运行机理的齿轮模式,以期能够完善制造业企业核心竞争力的研究,促进制造业企业核心竞争力的构建和提升。Firms＇ core competency is a key factor to maintain sustainable competition advantage and sustainable development.Based on a survey of the present researches,this paper analyzes the knowledge innovation,enterprise culture,production capacity,management ability,service ability and response ability.Then this paper presents the binary structure based on the implicit power support and explicit ability guarantee,designs the atomic-link model of manufacturing firms＇ core competency,and explains the synergies of internal binary structure and the synergies of external binary structure.Finally,this paper presents the gear mode of binary structure operation,hoping to perfect the research on manufacturing firms＇ core competency and promote manufacturing firms＇ core competence.
