摘　　要：根据特殊事件交通影响范围的局限性,提出以影响范围边界路段流量为交通发生、吸引量的局域OD矩阵推算问题,并在研究交叉口转向比例规律和出行者路径选择行为规律基础上,提出了基于交叉口转向的局域OD矩阵快速推算新方法.实例表明,此方法简单可行,计算结果准确.According to the characteristics of the scope of the traffic impact of special events,this paper put the traffic of border sections in the affected areas as origin（O） and destination（D）,researched the regular of the ratio of intersection turning and the traveler route choice behavior,proposed a new regional OD matrix estimation method based on the inter-section turning.Examples showed that this method was simple and feasible,and the calculated results have practical value.
