摘　　要：对dSPACE实时仿真控制方法进行了分析,在研究了LabWindows与Matlab的接口技术的基础上,提出了一种在LabWindows开发环境中对dSPACE实时仿真模型进行控制的方法。利用所提出的接口控制方法,基于LabWindows与dSPACE开发了高档数控系统控制功能与插补精度综合测评软件,利用虚拟机床的实时仿真模型对数控装置运动控制功能进行了检测,同时,验证了所提出的接口控制方法的有效性。所提出的LabWindows下dSPACE实时仿真控制技术为基于实时仿真模型的控制系统检测软件设计开发提供了新的途径。The control method of dSPACE real time simulation is analyzed.Based on the research of soft interface technology between LabWindows and Matlab,a control approach of dSPACE real time simulation model in LabWindows development environment is proposed.By using the proposed interface control method,an advanced CNC system control ability and interpolation precision testing software is developed based on LabWindows and dSPACE,and the motion control ability of CNC device is tested by using the virtue machine tool real time simulation model.Meanwhile,the validity of the proposed interface control approach is proved.The proposed control technology of dSPACE real time simulation based on LabWindows set a new way for the software design and development of control system testing based on real time simulation model.
