摘　　要：研究大孔树脂纯化花椒总生物碱的条件。通过酸碱滴定法测定花椒中总生物碱的含量,利用NKA-9大孔树脂吸附纯化花椒生物碱,通过薄层色谱法和紫外分光光度法鉴定生物碱。结果表明70%乙醇和90%乙醇洗脱部分为生物碱,50%乙醇洗脱部分为黄酮类物质。The purification with macroporous resin of alkaloids from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.was studied.Acid-base titration was used to measure the assaying of Zanthoxylum alkaloids and the NKA-9 macroporous resin was used to purify total alkaloids.Thin layer chromatography（TLC） and ultraviolet-spectrophotometer assay were used to identify Zanthoxylum alkaloids.The results showed that 70 % and 90 % ethanol elution fractions were alkaloids,and 50 % ethanol elution fraction was flavonoids
