摘　　要：高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是国家社会、经济、政治发展和进步的中坚力量,实现高校毕业生的充分就业,不仅关系着国家的政治稳定和发展战略,更涉及到毕业生及其家庭的切身利益。如何帮助高职毕业生发挥自身技能优势并在就业竞争中抢占高地是一个亟待研究的重要课题。College graduates are national valuable human resources and the backbone of national development and progress in social,economic and political spheres.To achieve full employment of college graduates not only affects the national political stability and developing strategies,but also involves interests of the graduates and their families.How to help students make the most of the advantages of their vocational skills and seize the high ground in the job competition becomes an urgent important issue to study.
