摘　　要：通过对港口物流企业工艺流程的调查与研究,利用工时利用率与排队论原理,公司岗位系统进行合理化的设置与优化,目的是节约公司人力资源成本,提高公司竞争力,为公司战略转型与发展打下夯实基础。Surveying and researching process of Wuhan Ports Corporation of Iron and Steel,we use utilization of working hours and queuing theory for the corporation to set up and optimize the post system.Purpose is to save the cost of human resources and improve the competitiveness of the company.It lays solid foundation of transformation strategy and development of company.
