我国优秀女子100米栏运动员跨栏步摆动动作的运动学特征分析

摘  要:运用高速摄影及影片解析法获取我国优秀女子100米栏运动员第五栏跨栏步技术摆动动作运动学参数,并将主要参数与男子高栏和女子短跑运动员进行对比分析。结果表明:支撑阶段摆动腿大腿绕髋关节转动的扇形角度与女子短跑摆腿动作较为接近;摆动腿小腿绕膝关节转动的扇形角度呈前大后小,与短跑相反;摆动腿下压动作略早于男子高栏运动员;摆动大腿前摆的平均角速度快于下压时的平均角速度,摆动小腿折叠平均角速度是小腿打开平均角速度的3.2倍;起跨腿同侧大臂动作大于异侧动作且向前摆动幅度大于向后摆动幅度,起跨腿异侧小臂摆动幅度与同侧大臂相似。By using high-speed photography and film analyzing,we successfully acquired the technical kinematics parameters in striding over the fifth hurdle in the 100m hurdle race of China's excellent women athletes,and compared some main parameters with those of women dash athletes and men hurdle athletes.The analysis demonstrates the following results:(1)The angle of thigh of the swinging leg rotating about the coxa during the supporting phase is fairly similar with that of the women dash swing motion.(2)The angle of crus rotating about the knee joint is bigger while swinging forward than backward,which is opposite to that of the dash.(3)The pushing-down of the swinging leg is slightly earlier than that of the men hurdle athletes.(4)The average angular speed of the forward-swinging of the swinging leg is greater than that of pushing-down.(5)The average folding angular speed of the swinging leg is 3.2 times greater than that of opening.(6)The motion of the upper arm on the side of the striding leg is bigger than that of the opposite side,while the range of swinging forward is larger than swinging backward.(7)The swinging range of the forearm on the opposite side of the striding leg is similar to the upper arm on the same side.
