摘　　要：从提高高校公共体育课教学效果和构建良好校园体育文化出发,以高校公共体育教学和教学师资培养为研究对象,对高校公共体育教学师资的职业能力的构成进行了探讨,提出了提升体育师资职业能力的措施,为提高高校体育工作效果服务。The development of higher education anchored keeping with the times,from the effects of public physical education to improve college and build a good sports culture on campus starting in public physical education teacher training and teaching as research object,public physical education teacher＇s professional ability Composition are discussed,and on this basis to synchronize the current era made to enhance the development of professional competence measures physical education teachers to work to improve the effectiveness of PE services.
