综合试验班:高校创新人才培养的新探索

摘　　要：近期国内一些高校开始探索按类招生和创新人才培养的综合试验班模式,笔者归纳和分析了综合试验班模式的基本做法和共同特点,提出了综合试验班模式的四个有利于和需要进一步探讨的若干问题。认为,综合试验班作为高等学校招生和创新人才培养的新探索,顺应了建设创新型国家和培养创新型人才的时代需求,符合高等教育以多种方式和途径开展人才培养模式改革的发展趋势难。Classified recruitment mode in comprehensive workshops has been widely experimented in domestic colleges and universities to explore how to cultivate innovative talents in recent years.The paper,based on the analysis of the properties of the mode,considers its four advantages and existing problems of common concern.It emphasizes that the mode will be developing into a trend in line with today’s demand of building an innovative nation based on cultivating innovative talents,and with the tide of developing higher education in varied ways and training talents in different approaches.
