摘  要:目的研究不同磷脂比例的胆盐-磷脂混合纳米胶束的聚集行为。方法以芘为荧光探针,测定不同磷脂比例的胆盐-磷脂混合纳米胶束增溶芘后的荧光光谱,以I1/I3值(I1=372 nm,I3=383 nm)为纵坐标、胶束浓度对数值logC为横坐标,利用Origin8.0软件进行曲线拟合,以S型曲线的突变中点切线和平行切线的交点定义临界胶束浓度。结果磷脂/胆盐比例(W/W)为2∶1,1∶1,1∶2的混合胶束临界胶束浓度分别为0.034,0.048,0.055 g/L。结论提高混合胶束中磷脂比例,可以减小胶束的临界胶束浓度,有利于胶束发挥更大的增溶作用。Objective The aim of current study was to study the aggregation behavior of bile salt-phosphatidylcholine mixed nano-micelle prepared by different phospholipid fraction.Methods The fluorescence spectra of different phospholipid fraction of bile salt-phosphatidylcholine mixed nano-micelle were measured,in which pyrene was solubilized and used as fluorescence probe.I1/I3(I1=372 nm,I3=383 nm),according to the curves of fluorescence spectra,was taken as Y-axis and logC as X-axis simultaneously.The plot of pyrene versus bile salt-phosphatidylcholine mixed nano-micelle was S-Curve drawn by Origin softwear 8.0 through curve fitting.The intersection point of two tangents to curve was considered as critical micelle concentration.Results The critical micelle concentration of bile salt-phosphatidylcholine mixed nano-micelle with different phospholipids fraction(2 ∶1,1 ∶1,1 ∶2) were respectively 0.034,0.048,0.055 g/L.Conclusion The results indicated that increasing phospholipid fraction had lower critical micelle concentration and better solubilization.
