摘　　要：以教学为中心,提高人才培养质量是地方医学院校的核心任务。文章对地方医学院校人才培养质量保障体系进行了理论阐释与实践探索,并进行深入思考。To improve the quality of talent cultivation is the major task of medical universities. It is veryimportant to make sure of the personnel training quality construction of its guarantee system to fulfill oursocial development needs. This paper explains the theory of talent cultivation system and conducts the theory of talent cultivation system and conducts .some research on how to construct its quality guarantee system.
