输入率可变且有差错服务的M/M/1排队模型

摘　　要：讨论了ακ=1÷(ακ+1)1/n(当到达顾客看到队长为k时进入系统接受服务的概率)以及βκ=1-[κm÷(κm+1)](服务台对系统中的第k个顾客正确服务的概率)的输入率可变且有差错服务的M/M/1排队模型.得到了系统的平稳分布,平均输入率、平均队长、平均等待队长,系统损失的概率等相关指标,从而推广文献[1]中的相关结果,更具普遍性.In this article,ακ=1÷（ακ＋1）1/n（probability that the customer sees the capital K and reaches the system to receive services）,and βκ=1-[κ^m÷（κ^m＋1）]（the probability that the reception desk can provide the right service for the K customer）,and the M/M/1 input rate of variable queuing model with service errors,are discussed.Stationary distribution of the system are obtained,the average input rate,average queue length,average waiting queue length,the system loss probability and other related indicators,etc.are examined.It concludes that the relevant findings,with its more universality,are to be popularized.
