教育管理的价值取向与主体性高等教育管理

摘　　要：教育管理的效能与管理的价值取向关系极大。传统高等教育管理形成的多种价值取向的管理模式既有优势,也存在一定的缺陷。科学发展观特别强调以人为本,现代管理也愈来愈重视人的作用,主体价值取向的主体性高等教育管理理念因而应运而生。这种管理理念具有促进主体发展、民主建设、教育和谐的功能,即在管理实践中既要遵循教育规律又要遵循管理规律,并突出自主性、民主性、和谐性、自律性原则。The effects and performance of educational management depend greatly on the value orientation of management.Multiple value orientations originated from traditional high education management have merits as well as demerits.Scientific development perspective emphasizes people orientation,so modern management has more and more emphasis on the roles of people,and the concept of subjective value orientation in high education management emerges accordingly.This management concept can promote subjectivity development,democracy construction,and educational compatibility.In high education management,we should not only follow educational rules and principles but also management ones,and highlight subjectivity,democracy,compatibility,and self-discipline in management practice.
