摘　　要：以捷达轿车阀体套成型过程为例，指出了增强型工程塑料在成型过程中经常遇到的一些问题，并介绍了利用塑料模ＣＡＥ分析软件分析并解决这些问题的方法。In recent years,the high speed development of material science and processing techniques make the enhanced engineering plastics become the emerging essential materials in industry.However,there are problems encountered in processing plastic parts made of these plastics,because of the complicated processing characteristics of these materials and the interactions of multifarious factors in processing progress.This paper presents one problem often occurring during processing enhanced engineering plastics,and introduces some methods to solve this problem.
