广泛粘连性肠梗阻应用单根Forleys导尿管行肠系膜固定小肠排列术临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的总结广泛粘连性肠梗阻使用单根Forleys导尿管行肠系膜固定小肠排列术的方法和效果。方法 85例广泛粘连性肠梗阻应用单根Forleys导尿管对小肠系膜穿管固定,行小肠外固定肠排列术治疗,总结和评价其技术方法及效果。结果 85例患者手术均顺利完成,术后因心脏疾病死亡1例,发生肠瘘1例;术后行钡餐检查17例,见钡剂在小肠通过顺畅有序;68例获随访,再梗阻1例,偶有轻微腹痛8例。结论使用单根Forleys导尿管行肠系膜固定小肠排列术操作简单,效果肯定,是治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻的一种较理想术式。Objective This study was designed to summarize the method and effect of the treatment and prevention of adhesive intestinal obstruction by mesopexy and plication of small intestine with a Forleys catheter.Methods We used a Forleys catheter to perforate and fix the mesentery in order to treat 85 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction,summarized and evaluated the technique and effect.Results After the operation,the barium meal examination was carried out for 17 cases.Barium smoothly and orderly passed in the small intestine.Sixty-eight cases were followed up,with 1 case of recurrence,8 cases of mild abdominal pain occasionally,1 case of dead and 1 case of intestinal fistula.Conclusion The treatment and prevention of adhesive intestinal obstruction by mesopexy and plication of small intestine with a Forleys catheter is a perfect operation method because of the simple operation and the positive effect.
