不同表面处理方法对金瓷修复体颜色的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同表面处理方法对修复体颜色的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将30个圆盘试件分为3组各10个试件,表面分别采用橡皮轮机械抛光、自身上釉、釉粉上釉处理,测量并比较3组处理前后的表面粗糙度和颜色。结果处理后的瓷修复体表面粗糙度及亮度、色度和彩度3组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但3组均明显低于处理前,且色度、彩度值与处理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无论是机械抛光,还是自身上釉,或是釉粉上釉,都可明显改变金瓷修复体材料的亮度,而对材料的色度、彩度影响不大。3种不同表面处理方法对材料的粗糙度、亮度、色度、彩度的影响无差异。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of different surface treatments on the color of porcelain.Methods Thirty disc samples were divided into three groups randomly and each group had ten of them.Three kinds of surface treatment methods were adopted,including polishing with rubber disc,self-glazing and vitreous enamel glazing.Then the surface roughness and color of each sample were tested and the differences between their values before and after surface treatment were compared.Results There were no significant differences in roughness,value,hue and chroma among the three kinds of treatment methods（P0.05）.Hue and chroma of the three groups had no significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusions There were no predominant differences in chroma and hue of metal-ceramic restorations with different surface roughness.Surface roughness could influence the value of metal-ceramic restorations.No significant differences were found in hue,chroma and value of metal-ceramic restorations after polishing with rubber disc,self-glazing and vitreous enamel glazing.
