46例结肠癌并发肠梗阻的手术治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者的临床特征及手术治疗临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2010年12月收治于我院采用手术治疗的46例结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者的临床疗效资料。结果本组患者经过治疗,治愈率为95.7%,术后并发症发生率为15.2%。2例患者死亡的原因为术后多脏器官衰竭。结论手术治疗结肠癌并发肠梗阻是安全可行的,且疗效较好,并发症少。Objective To explore the clinical features and clinical effect of surgical treatment in the colon cancer patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical efficacy data of 46 patients with colon cancer combined with intestinal obstruction who underwent operation in our hospital from Jan.2004 to Dec.2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results After treatment by operation,the cure rate of patients was 95.7%,postoperative complication rate was 15.2%,2 patients died due to multi-organ failure after operation.Conclusion Surgical treatment of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction is safe and feasible,and the efficacy is good,the complications are few.
