OMOM胶囊内镜在胃肠道疾病诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨OMOM胶囊内镜在消化道疾病中的应用价值。方法对41例临床表现为不明原因消化系统症状患者行OMOM胶囊内镜检查。结果完成小肠检查41例,检出病变33例(检出率80.5%),其中食道间质瘤1例、空肠间质瘤3例、空肠息肉(多发性)2例、十二指肠球部及降段溃疡各1例、回肠末端溃疡2例、十二指肠远端活动性出血2例、空肠起始端粘膜炎5例、小肠血管畸形13例、小肠寄生虫3例,患者均无不适及并发症发生。结论胶囊内镜对小肠疾病(尤其是不明原因消化道出血)具有较高诊断价值,对胃和结肠疾病也有一定诊断价值。Objective To explore the application value of OMOM capsule endoscope in the treatment and diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases.Methods 41 cases with digestive system symptoms of unknown causes received the examination of OMOM capsule endoscope.Result All the 41 cases finished small intestinal examination and lesions were found in 33 cases（80.5%）： 1 cases with esophagus stromal tumor,3 cases with jejunum stromal tumors,2 cases with jejunum polyps（multiple）,1 case with duodenal ulcer,1 case with duodenal descending part ulcer,2 cases with ulcers in the terminal ileum,2 cases with active hemorrhage at the distant end of duodenum,5 cases with mucositis at the starting end of jejunum,13 cases with small intestinal vascular malformation and 3 cases with small intestinal parasite;all the patients felt no discomfort and no complications occurred.Conclusions Capsule endoscope is of high diagnostic value for small intestinal diseases（especially for digestive duct bleeding with unknown causes）,and it is also of certain diagnostic value for diseases in stomach and colon
