摘　　要：面对不断变化的人才需求市场,如何培养适应社会需要的文秘人才,解决文秘教育与社会需求之间的矛盾,是文秘教育工作者应思考的问题。本文以社会对文秘写作人才的需求为依据,探讨文秘写作内在机理,探索新形势下文秘写作人才培养的途径和模式。In the face of changing talent market,the teaching staff in writing has to consider how to bring up the secretarial personnel to meet society needs and settle controversy between secretarial education and society need.In this paper,according to the need of secretarial personnel in society,inherent mechanism of secretarial writing is discussed,the approach and mode of cultivating secretarial talents in the new situation is explored.
