摘 要:目的探讨瑜伽放松训练改善抑郁症患者睡眠的作用。方法将24例抑郁症患者按照入组顺序分为常规组和瑜伽组各12例,同期选择健康对照者10人(对照组)。常规组接受抗抑郁药治疗;瑜伽组在抗抑郁药治疗基础上接受瑜伽放松训练,每次1 h,4次/周,连续治疗8周。结果干预前抑郁症患者多导睡眠监测结果显著差于健康对照者(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预后瑜伽组睡眠潜伏期缩短、N1期睡眠时间和比例减少、N2期睡眠时间和比例增加,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑜伽放松训练对抑郁症患者睡眠质量有较好的改善作用。Objective To explore effects of yoga relaxation training on depressive patients′ sleep.Methods A total of 24 patients with depression were equally categorized into a yoga group and a routine group according to the order of admission dates.Also,10 healthy people were recruited as controls(the control group).The yoga group and the routine group received anti-depression therapy,and the yoga group received additional yoga relaxation training,which lasted one hour each time,four times a week,and for 8 weeks.Results Before intervention,the testing results of polysomnography in the depressive patients were worst than the healthy controls(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);eight weeks later,patients in the yoga group had shorter sleep latency,decreased duration and percentage of N1 stage and increased duration and percentage of N2.There were statistical differences in the above mentioned indicators between the yoga group and the routine group(P〈0.05 for all).Conclusion Yoga relaxation training can effectively improve sleep quality of depressive patients.
