摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液在临床应用中的疗效。方法:对150例使用丹红注射液的患者按病情变化、症状改善、体征变化、合理用药四个方面进行分析。结果:150例使用丹红注射液患者,从病情变化、症状改善、体征变化来看,改善者居多,无效者次之,显著改善者较少。合理用药及不合理用药均分。结论:丹红注射液对于临床治疗冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死等病有良好的疗效,但在临床应用中仍存在一些问题。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Danhong injection in clinical application.Methods：Analyzed the 150 cases of patients by using Danhong injection changes in condition,symptoms,physical signs,and rational drug use.Results：From the condition changes,symptoms,physical signs of view,improvements were mostly ineffective in the second,less significant improvements and equalization of rational drug use and improper use of medicines in the 150 cases of patients using the injection Danhong.Conclusion：Danhong injection has a good effect for the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease,angina,myocardial infarction and other diseases.However,there are still some problems in clinical applications.
