衡水湖湿地旅游开发对鸟类的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：衡水湖湿地以内陆淡水湿地生态系统及国家一、二级重点保护鸟类为主要保护对象,是华北平原第一个内陆淡水湿地类型的国家级自然保护区.在衡水湖湿地鸟类生态保护的呼声渐高与开发旅游资源的双重压力下,为了更好地解决二者之间的矛盾,给决策者提供科学的依据,笔者在调查统计衡水湖湿地鸟类种类、区系类型、时空分布等现状的基础上,借鉴规划环评中环境影响识别矩阵法分析指出旅游开发规划期、建设期、运营期可能对鸟类及其栖息地造成的影响,并提出了具有针对性的措施和建议.Hengshui lake wetland is one of the national nature reserves that mainly protects inland freshwater wetland ecosystems and national primary and secondary main protection of aves,and it is the first inland freshwater wetlands of the groups of the North China Plain.Under the dual pressures of Hengshui lake wetland aves＇ protection and exploitation of tourism resources to promoting the economic development,in order to resolve the problem better between the two,and to provide a scientific basis for decision-makers,based on surveys of Hengshui lake wetland aves species,flora types,temporal and spatial distribution,the impact of tourism exploitation on the aves in planning period,construction period and operation period is pointed out by using environmental impact identification matrix method in EIA,then countermeasure and suggestions are provided.
