摘　　要：目的探讨桥小脑角区脑膜瘤显微手术治疗的方法与技巧。方法回顾性分析10年来经显微手术治疗的33例桥小脑角区脑膜瘤病例资料,其中27例采用乙状窦后入路,6例采用颞下入路。结果 Simpson I级切除10例,Simpson II级切除17例,Simp-son III级切除6例。症状较术前改善18例;死亡1例。结论娴熟的显微镜下操作并结合术中电生理监测及神经内镜等新技术,可提高桥小脑角区脑膜瘤的全切率及患者的术后生活质量。Objective To explore the surgical approach and microsurgical technique for treating meningiomas of the cerebellopontine angle.Methods Thirty three patients with microneurosurgery were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were used by suboccipital retrosigmoidal approach.Results 27 patients received total removal（Simpson I、II）,and the total removal rate was 81.8%.one patients died after the operation.The condition improved in 24 patients and persisted in 8 patients.Conclusion Skilled microneurosurosurgical technique associate with intraoperative physiological monitoring and neuroendoscope may ideally remove the cerebellopontine angle tumor and improve the patient＇s life quality.
