肿瘤标志物联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨联合检测血清中肿瘤标志物CA125、CA724、CA199含量在卵巢癌诊断中的意义。方法采用全自动电化学发光分析技术检测92例健康女性、80例卵巢良性肿瘤患者、65例卵巢癌患者血清中CA125、CA724、CA199含量并进行统计学分析。结果卵巢癌组及卵巢良性肿瘤组CA125、CA724、CA199值均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),卵巢癌组CA125、CA724、CA199值均显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤组(P<0.05);卵巢癌组CA125、CA724、CA199及三项联检的阳性检出率均明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组;卵巢癌组三项联检的敏感性为96.9%,与单项检测相比,三项联检对卵巢癌的敏感性更高。结论 CA125、CA724、CA199三项联合检测弥补了单项检测的不足,对卵巢癌早期诊断及鉴别诊断具有积极意义,是一组理想的卵巢癌肿瘤标志物。Objective To evaluate the value of combined detection of serum CA125、CA724、CA199 in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods To adopt the automatic electrochemical process to determine the level of CA125、CA724 and CA199 among 92 healthy women、80 benign ovarian tumor patients and 65 ovarian cancer patients,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results The CA125、CA724 and CA199 of ovarian cancer group and benign ovarian tumor group were much higher than normal control group（P0.05）,the CA125、CA724 and CA199 of ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group（P0.05）;the positive rate of CA125、CA724 、CA199 and the combined of the three above-mentioned in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group;The combined positive rate of the three above-mentioned was 96.9%,which were significantly higher than any of the single tumor markers.Conclusion The combined determination of CA125、CA724 and CA199 can greatly make up for the deficiency of single test,and has important significance in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis for ovarian cancer.CA125、CA724 and CA199 were an ideal group of tumour markers for ovarian cancer.
