摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺钼靶计算机摄影(CR)的影像特点和诊断价值。方法搜集手术病理证实的术前行CR钼靶检查的乳腺癌100例,分析CR影像表现并与病理结果对照。结果诊断准确率88%,乳腺癌CR特点:肿块68例,肿块伴簇状沙粒样钙化45例,单纯钙化9例,结构扭曲10例,结构扭曲伴微钙化7例,局灶性致密5例,乳头凹陷22例,腋下淋巴结肿大18例。结论乳腺X线摄影是诊断乳腺癌最主要的方法之一,乳腺钼靶CR处理系统可较全面显示乳腺癌X线表现特点。Objective To explore characteristics and the value of digital mammography in the radiodiagnosis of breast carcinoma.Methods The digital mammography features of 100 patients breast carcinoma were analyzed.All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results The diagnosis accuracy rate were 88%,The molybdenum targets CR features of 100 patients breast carcinoma included：mass（n=68,68%）,microcalcification（n=45,45%）,the latter consisted of mass associated with calcification（n=31,31%）,microcalcification only（n=9,9%）,architecture distortion（n=10）,architecture distortion with microcalcification（n=7）,focal asymmetric density（n=5）,crater nipples（n=22）,Are palpable mobile axillary nodes increase（n=18）.Conclusion mammography should be one of preferred means of diagnosis of breast carcinoma,digital mammography imaging system that can completely show the image characteristics of breast carcinoma.
