摘  要:针对静压气体球轴承的供气孔附近产生超声速区而导致气膜内的压力急剧降低,从而影响轴承承载性能的问题,提出一种基于计算流体动力学(CFD)、可压缩气体三维湍流全N-S方程的数值解法.在N-S方程中,气体动力黏度为温度的函数,保留了对高速气体流动有重要惯性影响的对流项.将可实现的k-ε湍流模型引入到一种新型静压气体球轴承的数值模拟中,分析了静压气体球轴承流道的Ma分布和跨声速压力分布特性,结果表明:用湍流模型对轴承流场分析所得结果与真实流场吻合较好;气膜内Ma分布、压力分布和激波位置与供气压力、气膜间隙的大小等有关.The supersonic phenomenon near air supply inlets of externally pressurized spherical air bearings generates an undesirable pressure depression and then reduces their load-carrying capacity.In this study,a CFD-based analysis was performed to solve numerically the three-dimensional turbulence N-S equations for compressible air flow.The molecular viscosity of the working fluid is regarded as a function of temperature and the convective terms are retained in the N-S equations.The characteristics of the Mach number distribution and pressure distribution of the spherical air bearings were discussed using the realizable k-ε turbulent model in the numerical simulation of a new type of externally pressurized spherical air bearing.The results indicate that predictions agree well with the real flow of the bearings,and the Mach number distribution,the pressure distribution and shock wave position are related to air supply pressure and bearing clearance.
