摘 要:目的探讨TX-114浊点萃取体系应用于环境水样中萃取双酚A的实验过程,影响萃取的因素(如TX-114的浓度、平衡时间和温度、pH值等)。方法通过高效液相色谱测定样品的含量。结果在最佳实验条件下,双酚A的检测限达到了0.05μg/L。在0.4~100μg/L浓度范围内,该方法具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9987,加样回收率为97.96%~100.42%。结论该法具有高效、绿色环保以及成本低等特点,是一种萃取水样中双酚A的好方法。Objective To explore the experimental process of cloudpoint extraction(CPE) based on nonionic surfactant Triton X-114 in preconcentration of biphenol A(BPA) from aqueous solutions,and the parameters affecting the CPE(such as concentration of TX-114,equilibrium time and temperature,pH). Methods The samples were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Results Under the optimized conditions,its detection limit was 0.05 μg/L.The calibration curve was linear between 0.4 to 100 μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9987,and the spiking recoveries ranged from 97.96% to 100.42%. Conclusions This method has proven to be an efficient,green environmental,rapid and inexpensive approach for extraction and determination of BPA from water samples.
