类鼻疽菌血清分型

摘　　要：类鼻疽假单胞菌根据不耐热抗原的有无分为血清Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型。在没有标准血清情况下,用吸收试验,选出产不耐热抗原较好的菌株,用 Sephadex G-200纯化抗原制备Ⅰ型血清,用该血清对我国分离的68株及引进6株菌以琼脂扩散法,进行血清学分型。结果表明:68株为血清Ⅰ型,3株为血清Ⅱ型菌,3株不稳定。上述结果与文献报道的一致。即血清Ⅰ型菌多存在于亚洲,血清型与菌株来源(环境、动物)无关,但与地理分布有关。Species of P.pseudomallei can be clas-sified into two serotypes,serotype Ⅰ and sero-type Ⅱ,based on whether or not it containsa thermolabile antigen beside a thermostableone.Under the condition of lack of typingserum,by means of serum absorption test,werecognized a strain which contains a majorthermolabile antigen.The antigen was purifi-ed by Sephadex G-200,and it was used toinoculate rabbits.With the immuneserum athand,we identified 68 of the domestic chinesestrains and 6 of alien strains for serotypingby bi-directional agar diffusion test.The results showed that 68 strains wereidentified serotype Ⅰ,3 strains serotype Ⅱ,and the remaining 3 comparable with thosereported indicating that strains of serotype Ⅰwere found mostly in Asia,and that the sero-type are unrelated to their existing environ-ments,nor that of animal bodies,but con-nected with their existence in geographic dis-tribution.
